Read a file containing a number of CSVs. Returns them split up.

* **Parameters:**
  * **file_path** – Path to the file containing CSV data
  * **delimiter** – Delimiter used in the CSV file (default: ‘,’)
* **Returns:**
  Split CSV data structures
